About us

Coginta is an independent registered non-governmental organization based in Geneva, Switzerland, which specializes in police reforms as a mean to generate peace and development.

Our experts provide in-country capacity-building services, including advices, training, management, programming and evaluation. Our expertise derives from research, practitioners' expertise, and long-standing field experience in transition countries.

We work with police organizations, governments, international organizations and national development agencies.
